缩痕

塑料熔体在模具型腔中的冻结,会从产品的表面(靠近模腔表面)向里逐渐凝固。这样较厚区域就会产生向里的拉应力(收缩的原因),从而在产品的外表面出现缩痕的问题。

产品翘曲

另外,由于较薄区域比厚的地方凝固的快,这样可能在较厚区域与较薄区域之间产生内应力,从而导致产品翘曲。


使用斜坡过度和角撑板来减少翘曲

由壁厚阶梯变化产生的内应力导致的翘曲可以通过采用“斜坡”来改善。

使用角撑板会在产品拐角处提供支撑(增大刚度),从而有利于避免翘曲。


避免缩痕

由于像上文描述的同样的凝固物理原理,在厚壁和壁厚不均的地方通常会产生缩痕。

减小和均化的壁厚有利于避免缩痕。


筋与基面壁厚之比

虽然基面上的薄筋(相对来说)能够增加产品的刚度,但也会在产品的外表面产生缩痕(筋的对侧)。图示的经验性的指导原则有利于避免这种问题的出现。

检查加强筋与基面壁厚的比值-防止缩痕,加强筋的厚度大约应设计为产品基面壁厚的1/2。
